i knew it all along...

Recently I've noticed that my ears, especially my right ear, does not respond well to certain sounds. Nails on a chalkboard, an open passenger window in a car and a certain pitch some woman manage to generate while laughing, screaming or crying. It literally sounds like my eardrum is flapping in the wind when these sounds abound, and after watching this "Mythbusters" video, I finally understand why...it all makes perfect sense now!
